Warm Roof Have a Step Closer
Well, the chaps at www.warmroof.info have been on the brink of finalizing two big roof replacement contracts in Spitalfields and Tulse Hill for a while now and it appears thing might have moved on with positive noises coming from both project architects and structural engineers. Additionally, the brand new enquiries, having been quite soft throughout the start of November, appear to be obtaining again quite nicely, particularly in relation to wartrol foam insulation side from the business.
Commercial enquiries are on the rise also. We’ve been out to a 300 square metre flat roof replacement this very morning that requires a full job doing on it which I’m sure is going to be lucrative. The domestic spray foam insulation remains steady (we’ve done six this week already) and with the work which has been recently done around the domestic roof replacement work I think the boys at www.warmroof.info will be busy well in to the year.
Overall the management team are reasonably pleased with how things seem to be progressing and the lads are always happy to be busy. Provided we can keep the new enquiries level somewhere around where it stands currently I believe we have a strong sustainable business design and a strong position that we can grow.
